If the request is granted, it will be processed within fifteen business days following the date the Data Controller communicates the response. If the information provided in your request is incorrect or insufficient, or if the necessary documents to prove your identity or legal representation are not included, the Data Controller will request that you correct the deficiencies within five business days of receiving your request in order to process it. In these cases, you will have ten business days to respond to the request, starting from the day after you receive it. If you do not respond within this period, your request will be considered withdrawn.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4714\" data-end=\"4992\">You may obtain the requested personal information or data through simple copies, electronic documents in conventional formats (Word, PDF, etc.), or through any other legitimate means that guarantees and proves the effective exercise of the requested right.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4994\" data-end=\"5345\">You are responsible for keeping your personal data held by the Data Controller up to date. Therefore, you guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data provided, and you agree to keep it duly updated, notifying the Data Controller of any changes.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"puzcn7\" data-start=\"5347\" data-end=\"5382\">REVOCATION OF CONSENT<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"5383\" data-end=\"5664\">You may revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data, without retroactive effect, in all cases where such revocation does not imply the impossibility of fulfilling obligations arising from a current legal relationship between you and the Controller.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5666\" data-end=\"5840\">The procedure for revoking consent, if applicable, will be the same as that established in the immediately preceding section for exercising ARCO rights.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1fltp97\" data-start=\"5842\" data-end=\"5911\">LIMITATIONS ON THE USE AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"5912\" data-end=\"6557\">You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by submitting a request to our Data Protection Officer at our registered business address.
